JERSEY CITY, N.J. | (NJCU) professor Dr. Virginia Ochoa-Winemiller, Associate Professor and program coordinator in NJCU鈥檚 Latin American, Caribbean, and Latino Studies Program is included as a subject expert in an NJ.com and Star Ledger article on Larina entrepreneurs entitled 鈥.鈥
The August 26, 2024 article was published by NJ Advance Media writer and profiles Ashley Mora, owner of a Bound Brook landscaping business, who has taken the unusual step of helping other Latinos who own landscaping businesses in the Somerset area, succeed, even though some may view the companies she is helping as her competition. Ashley鈥檚 now the head of the newly formed Latino Outreach Committee for the
